  1. Ability to disable Voice Recording

    Provide option to disable Voice Recorder function in webmail.
    Been trying to find the but seems like there is none.

    We need to disable all webcam and voice recording functions due to strict requirements. This will definitely be an issue during security audits.

  2. Use an inline picture as private signature in Worldclient

    Today it seems only possible to use pictures stored on a URL adress.
    This might work when users share a common signature picture.
    To have a private linked signature picture, company users need to upload a picture to public website.
    Like to have the email complete togheter with signature.

  3. Html code in WorldClient LookOut

    I have tried to find a way I can place an html code from AdSense so that there appears google ads in the messages in worldclients lookout design. I can not fix this, have any advice?

  4. Save as functionality in WorldClient (Outlook style)

    Without using OC, WorldClient should have email Save As file functionality, just like Microsoft Outlook. This is required when we need to send multiple emails as attachment for reference/record etc.

  7. Login Timeout

    Add a “Stay Signed In” checkbox to the Worldclient login portal for the user to select during the production work day. This is helpful for users that do not have a client installed as it allows them to keep monitoring incoming mails especially when time sentitive in a production environment. Also add a password forgot/reset routine.

  9. Snooze email in WorldClient

    Sometimes we can't get to an email right away and wish to follow up on it later. (I have been flagging these, searching for them later and then completing them etc)

    On other email apps (several found on popular smartphones) there is a great feature to "delay" an email and have it reappear at a later date or time in your inbox.

    The feature is being able to "snooze" a new email in your inbox until a certain period (ie tomorrow, weekend, next week, evening, a month) etc.

    It would be great if this could be added to MD -…

  10. Permanently delete (without trash) with SHIFT+CANC

    A shotcut SHIFT+CANC to permamently delete a message from WC (without sendind it to trash bin), like Outlook, would be great.

  11. Create email from attachment in your desktop

    If on a pc is installed ComAgent and no other email clients and the user clicks on a file with right mouse button >> send to an email destination, it must
    opens the ComAgent send email window with the attachment ready, the same thing happens when you use MS Outlook

  13. Add whitelist and blacklist buttons to Worldclient toolbar

    I do not use Bayesian filtering, so the thumb up and down serve no purpose.. I would like to see a whitelist and blacklist button option on the worldclient toolbar that adds the sender to the personal whitelist or blacklist.

  14. Calendar view with a list of appointments (like an agenda)

    A list of appointments like task list, with appointments from today to a max count defined in configuration (like "List Messages per Page").
    I'm thinking like agenda view from google calendar.

  16. WorldClient - make it easier to add contacts to the blacklist

    Currently to add a contact to the blacklist folder a user must open the email, hover the mouse over the contact, wait for the menu to appear an then click add to blacklist. Most of my users use the preview pane instead of opening emails, so the current process is not very efficient.

    How about adding a "add to blacklist" button to the toolbar in the Inbox view?

The latest versions of the WorldClient and LookOut themes both allow you to black the sender of a message opened in the preview pane by right clicking on the sender and selecting Add to Blacklist.   17. Add a per document editable description to document folders

    Add a searchable field to describe/annotate each document in a document folder. In the right pane, user could show every description for the show files, show on demand the description of a selected file, hide all descriptions, edit/remove description attached to a file.

  20. Feature Request WorldClient - Meeting Request

    Hi,

    Currently meeting request sent sent as an attachment ".ics" and when trying to open the file and accept the meeting request the same is opened in Ms Outlook Calender.
    The ".ics" file when opened should be automatically converted and option to accept the meeting should be provided and then the same should be added in the WorldClient calender.

WorldClient automatically parses information from the .ics attachments and should be presenting you with the option to accept, decline, accept tentatively, and to view the invitation without the need to open the attached .ics file.
