Hello,
Thank you for sharing your idea with us to include a link in the restricted attachment notification email that enables the recipient to blacklist the sender of the original message. It will be considered for future versions.

Hello Luca,
Thank you for sharing your idea with us. We have a rule that can be manually added that provides the ability to generate a ticket internally. I’ll email you the rule along with instructions.
Also, we are considering adding this rule in future versions.

A message is tagged by ticketing system only if the mail has sent to the common address joined to the the public folder. I, as a MDaemon account, cannot (I suppose it is not possible) open a ticket sending a mail to an external customer using the common address as sender.
I proposed ticketing system to several customers, but in many cases this was a big limitation so they chose to not use ticketing.
