  1. Option to set default event/meeting length

    Currently when creating a new event in WorldClient, the default value for the end time is one hour after the start time. We have several people boking 20 - 30 half hour appointments daily who would like the option to set a default meeting length value. Could this be considered? Many thanks

  2. Feature Request WorldClient - Meeting Request

    Hi,

    Currently meeting request sent sent as an attachment ".ics" and when trying to open the file and accept the meeting request the same is opened in Ms Outlook Calender.
    The ".ics" file when opened should be automatically converted and option to accept the meeting should be provided and then the same should be added in the WorldClient calender.

WorldClient automatically parses information from the .ics attachments and should be presenting you with the option to accept, decline, accept tentatively, and to view the invitation without the need to open the attached .ics file.   4. Documents as "Default View"

    We are increasingly using the "Documents" feature of the WorldClient. It would be great if you could select the Documents-View as the default view when a user logs in.

  5. Choose from Documents in an existing e-mail composition

    Why should be be limited to starting a message from a document? We should have the ability to attach our Documents to an e-mail we are composing or replying to. Right now I have to go to the Documents list and then download, then attach. Make it easy!

  6. Better Folder management, Drag/drop, click rename from mail

    Managing folders in Mdaemon is a pain, you have to leave the inbox/mail entirely. Why not allow people to create folders, rename, delete from the mail folder interface?

  8. Sharing Folders recursively

    In the documents-view, it is already possible to share a folder from the sidebar's folder-tree. It would be very helpful having the possibility (e.g. a checkbox "recursively") to share all the folders that are within this folder with one click!

  9. Search inside Subfolders in MDaemon

    In Worldclient, Search only possible in Only one directory & if you want search for one e-mail or somethig else, you can't search in other Subfolders .
    This feature is very important & i think that, missed from W.C. too.

    In WorldClient address book search using alternative voices to the first or last name, but also for example the phone number

  11. Signatures linked to Alias for each users

    Allow a user to create a signature for each alias they have, then when that "alias" is selected that signature can be (or is auto) selected.

    Outlook has a whole section on this and it works very well, creates each signature and allows you to tell the client what to do for each account it has (alias with regards World Client).

  12. Calendar view with a list of appointments (like an agenda)

    A list of appointments like task list, with appointments from today to a max count defined in configuration (like "List Messages per Page").
    I'm thinking like agenda view from google calendar.

  13. Html code in WorldClient LookOut

    I have tried to find a way I can place an html code from AdSense so that there appears google ads in the messages in worldclients lookout design. I can not fix this, have any advice?

  15. Modern WebUI for Worldclient

    Worldclient looks great. I've been using it was introduced, and "Globe" was the template to use :-) ****, I've been using MDaemon since the 2.x days. But let's face it. It's a clone of Outlook and it looks very dated.

    Take a look at the up and coming web mail projects other companies are doing.

    They're not only beautiful to look at, but fully HTML 5 compliant and modern.

    Lookout has been around for several years, and it's time to do a new template from the ground up. Get inspired, and brings us something on par of other web projects.

  17. Use an inline picture as private signature in Worldclient

    Today it seems only possible to use pictures stored on a URL adress.
    This might work when users share a common signature picture.
    To have a private linked signature picture, company users need to upload a picture to public website.
    Like to have the email complete togheter with signature.

  18. Personal address list (address group) in contacts menu

    It would be nice to if it was possible to create personal address list (address group) in contacts menu like Thunderbird.
    When I send message to same specific members many times but the mailing list has not been created by administrator, it is convenient than selecting all contacts individually.
