This can be done now.
Browse out to the MDaemon\WorldClient folder. Open the Domains.ini
Look for this line
DefaultLoginView=Summary
Change to
DefaultLoginView=Documents
Save changes and restart WorldClient through the GUI
This will be the default for all users.
If you are wanting to do this for one user,
Create a section like this

[username:UserOverrides]
DefaultLoginView=Documents
User name is the persons login name to the left of the @ sign.
Save changes and restart WorldClient.

We will consider adding this option within the WorldClient user interface for future versions.
