Show mailing list members in Outlook / OC
We make use of different organizational units, each with their own mailing list. It would be nice to check the members of a mailing list in Outlook before you post a message. Or add a feature on the OC ribbon to check mailing list members.

Create server based rules
It would be very helpfull to creat server based rueles (mailfilter) using OC. If user are out of office the Inbox could get smaller. Active Synch wouldn´t sync all spam or newsletter.

Thanks for sharing your idea with us to allow server based rules to be created from Outlook Connector. MDaemon does currently support server side email rules that users can create/modify/delete from within MDaemon Remote Administration or WorldClient. Unfortunately, at this time the rules cannot be created/modified/deleted from Outlook Connector.

Public folder move
In OC if it is possible to block the displacement of Public folders.
This is the main cause of error users.

Thank you for sharing your idea with us. Currently you can prevent a user from moving a public folder by removing their delete permissions. Improving upon this so that users can have access to delete messages but not access to move folders will be considered for future versions.

Outlook with Outlook Connector is removing References: Header. This breaks the message threading and is a major issue. The problem does not happen with World Client. Send an email to someone using World Client, they respond using Outlook Connector, check the email headers of the received message. References Header is missing. This also causes issues when emailing support tickets. Each reply to a support ticket email that does not have the original References Header value is assumed to be a new email / new ticket. This is very undesirable.

Download Bar Shows the currently processed file.
Currently when you install Outlook onto an new machine for a user that already has an account, the Download bar becomes very active as it downloads through Outlook Connector all the headers and information etc. Sometimes this process can get stuck on an email or Calendar file, but there is no way to know which item is causing the problem. If the Download Bar could display the current item which it's trying to download into Outlook, we might have a fighting chance to delete or inspect that file as to why it's causing everything to hang. Thanks!

Integrated planification calendar link into outlook connector
If it's possible could you directly integrate into outlook connector a .reg or a script to have the http;<server worldclient>/worldclient.dll?view....
to not to have to insert it if we'de like to active the calendar view for other user availability date...

When replying to emails in a shared folder use the recipient address as sender address.

OC: set how many days of emails to download
On large email accounts it would be helpful so set a number of days of emails to download (i.e. emails of last 30days), instead of processing the complete folder.

Outlook connector Is it possible to sync all folders but not checking each

In Outlook connector we sync only mailbox, sent items and deleted items, to reduce the numbers of hits to the server..
We'd like to push public folders to the client side, but not to select client side for each.

OC DB size management
Have a setting to limit the size of the attachment folder and the cache.db file. This gets out of hand with larger accounts and start to use a vast amount of memory, which then crashes outlook 2016.

Support for Voting Buttons in Outlook
We have a project that would benefit from the addition of Voting Buttons (Outlook New Message > Options ribbon > Tracking > Use Voting Buttons). This would allow the sender to have a summary of the responses to a question posed in the email in a similar way to the responses from Meeting Requests.
We have tested this feature with Outlook 2013 / MC 7.0.4 / MDaemon 21.0.2 but the recipients do not get presented with any voting buttons at the top of their emails.1 voteHello,

Allow OutlookConnector users to set sharing permissions on a parent folder and all sub folders
If users change the settings of their inbox so other users can see that folder it would be good to have the ability for Users to set the same permissions on subfolders. MDaemon has a "Set Sub" button that allows administrators to do this, it would be nice to have similar functionality in OutlookConnector.
