Add the ability to manage contact categories in MDaemon
It would be nice to be able to manage the contact categories from MDaemon.

Just had a new Worldclient user comment about using categories within the contacts list - would be a useful feature.

the author means, that OC should be able to manage contact categories via mdaemon...
