  4. Ability to purge the OutlookConnector database using a script

    Currently the OutlookConnector database can be compacted using SQLLite, however there is no automated way to purge old mail from the database.

  7. Detect accounts that have been compromised and disable them

    Spammers often figure out passwords for accounts using things like dictionary attacks. If MDaemon could detect when an account was compromised and prevent it from sending email it would make the administrators life much easier.

  9. MDaemon Remote Administration Branding

    Would it be possible to fully complete the Mdaemon Branding Process.

    Secondly, the branding does not apply to the Web Admin Interface.

  12. Mailing list FROM override

    Include an option to override the from address in mailing lists to show either the senders address or the mailing list address in order to work around stricter DMARC settings being adopted by major email providers.

  14. Autoresponder but with account disable

    Hello,

    In enterprise, we have sometimes workers who leave the enterprise, so when they leave, we have two choices: Disable their account and external persons have a technical strange erro, or keep the account active to have the autoresponder and be able to notice to external that the worker has leave the enterprise, or something like that. it is better for relationship....
    I saw in the 13.6 a new fonction, but it coud be great to have a new fonction: account disable but with autoresponder active

    Hello Cyril,

    Thank you for sharing your idea with us to have an autoresponder enabled for an account that is disabled. This can already be done using MDaemon by Freezing the account and enabling the autoresponder. When an account is frozen inbound email is accepted and triggers the autoresponder but the account cannot be accessed. If you’d like assistance configuring this please contact our support team.   15. Mailing List Handling

    Add the capability to expand a mailing list in Outlook (if it isn't private) to see the members mailed to and the ability to remove single members from the mailing like Exchange server/Outlook in conjun ction offer.

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing your idea. Distribution lists can be setup in Outlook and offer an experience similar to Exchange and Outlook. If you are using OutlookConnector with MDaemon you can store distribution lists in a public contact folder which can then be accessed by anyone that has permissions to access the contact folder.

  16. tasks: is it possible to create ask task to other users, and follow it with mails notification

    hi

    i try to create a task and link it to other user, and be able to follow it.
    When i make it, and assign the task to other user, a mail has gone to other user, but there are no extension to go the task user....

    So if it's possible i would like to have the possibility to ask and follow task to other user, and be able to folllow the % (with mail notification if % change.

    In fact, the best could be to have "mantis product' or other kind of system in mdaemon to assing and follow…

  17. When configuring Account hijack detection, allow different limits to be set for internal and external IP ranges.

    This may help with mail shots and users sending the occasional volume email from internal IP ranges while still protecting accounts from external hijacking.
