Content filtering - indicate the line of the file that was matched by the rules
Hello, I use the content filtering system to filter mails received.
When an email is blocked through this system we have for example the following message: Message matched rule: Filtering_rules
Would it be possible in a future update to indicate the line that blocked the message.
example: Message matched rule: Filtering_rules - Line 2563
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your idea with us to show which search criteria was matched. MDaemon 16.5 has been updated to include this functionality.
Thanks,
Arron

It's ok for me. It's even better than the line number :-)
Thank you very much

Would it be ok if, instead of giving the line number, we included the string that was matched?

Hello,
We use text files in the content filter (Condition: If ... contains words from file ...) and we would like to know the line of the text file that blocks email. Because we have many thousands of words used for filtering and it would be easier for us to find what word blocks the mail to remove it if necessary.
Example with an email and a list:
MAIL:
Hallo, how are you my friends.
TXT Filtering:
Nice
Hallo
ANF you
....In this example, the email is blocked by the line 2 (Hallo)
The message in the logs would be a message like:
Message matched rule: TXT Filtering - Line 2Thank you for your service.
