Thanks for sharing your idea with us to allow potentially infected emails to be delivered to the administrator. I’m concerned about the risk associated with allowing a suspicious email to be delivered to an administrator. There is always the potential for the administrator to mistakenly open the email, or allow the attachment to be executed, the client might execute malicious code without the users knowledge, etc… One option that might work for you right now is to copy the source of the email from the Administrative Quarantine. Then paste it into a .txt file on your desktop using your favorite text editor. This will get you the source of the email, which AV scanners should still be able to detect problems in. If you really want to be able to open it in an email client, which I don’t recommend, you can rename it to .eml.
