Cache IMs when offline
IMs are not delivered when the user is offline. That is really retro. They should be cached for a certain amount of time and delivered to the user when they are back online.

When using mdaemon messenger it would be nice to be able to send a message to a user that is offline, right now you can only send messages to online users.
