Add mail merge abilities to Mailing lists
I'd like to see the ability to merge data fields into email shots (first name, company etc).

This whole mailing list area should be looked at - it's something Office365 doesn't have.
Merge ability, a few templates, even some click through tracking and you've got a thoroughly useful feature set that products like MailChimp charge circa £40 per month for.
