ComAgent Contact (buddylist) Groups
ComAgent does not allow Contact (Buddy) grouping
For medium or big organizations, when you have 50 or more contacts on the Buddylist without a way of grouping them can be annoying.
Please develop ComAgent to allow creating folders (groups)

Yes. You should allow department name to be entered in the account details. This department name can then be used to group accounts under a particular department in ComAgent.
