Out of Office send only once to each sender
When the Out of Office Assistant is enabled, only one reply is sent to each sender, even if you receive multiple messages from that person.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea. MDaemon has an option that allows you to limit auto responses to one per day per recipient.
