Customize Ticketing number
Hello. I think that ticketing feature in MDaemon will be better if is possible to customize the ticket number and add more than one counter for tickets (for example: one counter for commercial ticket, one for techincal... ).

About ticketing system it will be interesting to have the ticket status: for example open, closed or in progress.
