set up autoresponder time interval, its annoying if receive autoresponder every day.

We would like the autoresponder to only respond during hours our business is closed.
We are closed 7 days a week from 7pm till 8am. Clients need to know we will not see their requests until the following business day, so they can plan accordingly.
