OC: Make OC work stable with large mailboxes and increase speed for wan users
OC has massive problems with large mailboxes. Especilay if used from wan side. It crashes Outlook 2010 very often. It is difficult to explain customers to pay for support if this is not fixed over years.

OutlookConnector 3.0.0 includes a number of performance enhancements that should improve performance when you have a large mailbox. If you have upgraded to OC 3.0.0 and are still having issues, please contact our support team so we may assist further.

We too have OC stability issues. It is more common on large folders, however we have an addin that crashes many times a day. Testing on an exchange server without OC has produced zero crashes. The original addin was in VBA but the new one in testing is in .NET. Would you be interested in any logs to see this? OC has crashed more with each release (using the same VBA addin we've had ever since MS enabled VBA in Outlook.
