Add possibility 'downgrade' license users.
For example if I have a license for 12 users also have the option to upgrade to 6 users. Right now it is only possible to update users only increasing users. Buy the full license I would say that it is a better solution ...

Thanks for your suggestion. Alt-N and it’s channel partners review downgrade requests on a case-by-case basis.

I was told you never downgrade when I rang to ask about it. Shame because we are stuck paying for 1000 users when we now have under 500.
