I will be very happy to have a button to save the mail I have selected in the View Log, on my computer in EML format. It will allow me to analyse (attachment with Virus Total for example) or to forward internally a mail blocked for some reason I don’t understand. In our business users doesn’t want to wait and forwarding this way (after having controlled that it’s not a “bad” mail) is a good solution to bypass the control waiting to understand the problem
This button exists for example in one of your competitor's product (Xeams). Of course, we have found a way to get the MSG file directly on the SG server, have renamed it in EML and then opened it in outlook. But a button at this place will be easier.
