Autoresponder but with account disable
Hello,
In enterprise, we have sometimes workers who leave the enterprise, so when they leave, we have two choices: Disable their account and external persons have a technical strange erro, or keep the account active to have the autoresponder and be able to notice to external that the worker has leave the enterprise, or something like that. it is better for relationship....
I saw in the 13.6 a new fonction, but it coud be great to have a new fonction: account disable but with autoresponder active

Thank you for sharing your idea with us to have an autoresponder enabled for an account that is disabled. This can already be done using MDaemon by Freezing the account and enabling the autoresponder. When an account is frozen inbound email is accepted and triggers the autoresponder but the account cannot be accessed. If you’d like assistance configuring this please contact our support team.
