SecurityGateway Quarantine Count by User
It would be useful from an Administrative standpoint to view a breakdown of the quarantine count by user on the landing page. That would show who is routinely taking care of their quarantine messages and who is not. Just showing a total quarantine count is nice, but I would like to know who the bulk of those messages belong to without having to go to the quarantine list, sort it, and determine who all have the bulk of the messages in quarantine. Or be able to run a report showing a count of messages in quarantine broken down by user. Thank you for the consideration!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We will look into adding a summary report that shows how many messages each user currently has in the quarantine.
