screening log
Screening Log, does not contain source, SMTP, POP, IMAP, etc. Postmaster emails about dynamic screening also do not contain source.

Hello Tray,
MDaemon’s screening log includes the source port which can be used to determine the protocol, and the notifications about failed authentication attempts include the protocol that was being used for each failed authentication attempt.

I am sorry, I provided incorrect information to your request. The email message that is sent to the postmaster does include the requested information.
Example
10/11/2014 6:21:27 AM: IP 10.10.10.10 SMTP
The email will show the service in question.
