Hmm, in fact DavDroid also complains about no etag in CalDav response...

Is the CardDAV implementation really conformant to RFC 6352? We are having trouble syncing with DavDroid (Android). It complains about the etag not being set (RFC 6352, section 6.3.2.3). Indeed, I can't see any etag being transmitted by MD.
