Add end to end encryption using PGP
1.webmail should add Various state check，For example, whether to receive and send email using PGP encryption or signature success.Showing results can be intuitive.

Add PGP "Auto-encrypt" and "Auto-Sign" setting on per-user basis so each individual user, who is enabled to sign and/or encrypt, can define in settings if they want auto-encryption and/or auto-signing.

For easy handling of PGP for end-users, please add a "Sign" and "Encrypt" button in Worldclient for easy handling.
This is of course steered by the "signing/encryption" rule per user/group. -
What I mean is to display the results to the user. Whether it is server-to-server encryption. like SPF ,webmail can tell user, the mail sure send by from you. and I hope add selection button or otherwise, make it easier to operate, rather than allowing users to remember commands.Because users who use e-mail, a lot of people very little knowledge of computer encryption. Simple to use and clearly tell the result to the user.
To use these commands place one of them at the start (or end) of your message's
"Subject:" text.--pgps - means sign this message (if possible)
--pgpe - means encrypt this message (if possible)
--pgpx - means you MUST encrypt this message (bounce if not possible)
--pgpk - alone as the Subject: text in an email sent to yourself
will result in your public-key being emailed to you.
--pgpk<Email> - alone as the Subject: text in an email sent to yourself
will result in <email>'s public-key being emailed to you. -
