    ComAgent does not allow Contact (Buddy) grouping
    For medium or big organizations, when you have 50 or more contacts on the Buddylist without a way of grouping them can be annoying.
    Please develop ComAgent to allow creating folders (groups)

  2. Folder - right click

    To create an new folder we have to pass by the OPTIONS menu, would it be possible to create one by clicking right on the principal folder? (same as Outlook)

  4. Clustering and SQL Server

    Add support for clustering on SG, and also the ability to use SQL Server as a database. This will resolve the single-point-of-failure issue with the product, and hopefully help improve performance when dealing with a very large DB.

    Allow creation of custom event labels in the calendar to more easily track complex calendars. There are a limited amount of options/colors/labels and some of our calendars are very complex and it would be very convenient to be able to create custom labels and color code the events.

  6. OC: download in priority lastest mails instead of olders

    Hello,

    When we have a trouble in OC (when we need to to delete the attachments folder and localcach.db) or when we setup a new computer.;

    it will be better if Outlook could download, the recent mails in the first time, and the olders after.

    Actually first mails which appear are the olders and the less interesting for users who waiting...

  8. Fix SpamAssassin so that it can process multiple messages at once

    Currently Mdaemon processes messages through MDSPAMD one at a time, even though there are settings in MD that suggest you can set how many are processed at once. On a medium to high volume server, processing one at a time causes the messages to pile up very quickly. Even with finely tuned SA rules, it still can cause a signficant backup. Often we see it taking over a minute to process a message through MDSPAMD (even though the MDSPAMD logs show that the messages are actually moving through within a few seconds).   11. Improving the MDaemon automatic appointment functionalities

    This would be very useful whenever you want to manage resources such as meeting rooms.
    We have configured 4 particular MDaemon accounts, each of them is a meeting room.
    Their accounts options are set to "automatically accept new meeting requests".
    The rooms calendars are shared, so that each user can check the room availabilities before booking.
    Our users Outlook configuration is: local pst files + pop3 session for emails, outlook connector only for shared contacts and calendars.

    This way, whenever a "human user" invites a room, the appointment is always accepted by the meeting room.
    The bad thing about that…

  12. New WorldClient Theme and Customizable color to match company branding

    Its great to see Company branding in Madaemon 13. Its nice to have update on WorldClient Lookout theme or at-least allow customization for default color to match the company branding.

  14. OAuth 2 support for Gmail

    Since starting at the end of May Gmail will no longer be accessible via standard POP3 it would be nice to have the option to have MDaemon check the account using Oauth 2.0 since MultiPOP will no longer work with Gmail accounts.

  15. Modern WebUI for Worldclient

    Worldclient looks great. I've been using it was introduced, and "Globe" was the template to use :-) ****, I've been using MDaemon since the 2.x days. But let's face it. It's a clone of Outlook and it looks very dated.

    Take a look at the up and coming web mail projects other companies are doing.

    They're not only beautiful to look at, but fully HTML 5 compliant and modern.

    Lookout has been around for several years, and it's time to do a new template from the ground up. Get inspired, and brings us something on par of other web projects.

  16. Add a MDBadQueueReason: column to the Bad Queue contents list.

    There is already a MDBadQueueReason: header in bad messages which indicates why they are considered bad.
    Adding this to the stats view would make it easier to spot a persistent problem with certain mail routes, etc.

  17. Ability to purge the OutlookConnector database using a script

    Currently the OutlookConnector database can be compacted using SQLLite, however there is no automated way to purge old mail from the database.

  19. Distinguish Attachments from object embedded in HTML code into a message

    I've noticed that the signature images are categorized as attachment. So almost any message has an attachment and this creates confusion to users. I think it's better that only objects NOT embedded into the HTML code of the message are displayed as attachment.

  20. Have the option to have users that can only send SMTP mail from local IP Addresses

    Much like the option that a user can only connect to IMAP from local IP Addresses, this would help stop accounts being attacked and will help protect your MDaemon server from anyone that finds out a users password Only mobile users would need to be able to send from outside known addresses.
