1. Add NFSv4 ACL to folders and folder items

2. Allow MDaemon plugins register IMAP namespaces

   Current documentation about developing a plug-in for MDaemon is focused on processing messages in the SMTP flow.

3. Limit on usage of billing codes

   Cant we have an option of allocating the number of fax messages that can be sent using the billing Code. e.g. Say I have billing Code Production and Development.
   Production = 20 relays of fax messages p/m or within certain range of days, when it reaches 20 as the limit, it stops relaying and send the relevant mgs
   Development = 10 relays of fax messages p/m or within certain range of days, when it reaches 10 as the limit, it stops relaying and send the relevant msg

   Note: The whole idea is to have a limit on the number of fax messages that can be sent by the billing code.

5. Ability to drag/copy/attach an Email to another replying/forwarding Email

   Currently an Email can be sent as an attachment through a new mail but there is no option to attach a particular Email to a forwarding or replying Email. The option to drag/copy an Email to a forwarding or replying Email exists in Ms Outlook and would be great if its added in MDaemon coming versions.

8. Exclude accounts from the option to disable accounts after X days of inactivity

   I have noticed one more issue which arises after enabling this option to disable accounts after 30 days.
   After enabling this option i noticed that the email ids created for notification purpose are also blocked. For instance: i have a Email ID created for firewall alerts and since no one logs in to this Email ID this Email ID is frequently getting disabled by this feature.
   I would also recommend to have a exclusion list for Email ID created only for notifications.

9. Appointments/Meeting Request Templates

   Often times we find ourselves creating the same type of appointment, with the same info over and over again. Not to be confused with a recurring appointment. For example, creating an meeting request for a conference call where everyone will use our conference bridge to call in. Some of this info changes, but much of it is static (ie the conference bridge info never changes). It would be cool to have appointment/meeting request templates where we could click the template name and it would populate the WorldClient appointment fields with information, sparing you having to type the same info over and over again.

10. Log File Viewer file size limitation needs to be increased

    Currently when you open up a session row from the Queue and Statistics Mnager (from an IMAP log file for example), the file size in the log file viewer will never exeed 64k. This is not useful for those very long sessions that need to be examined. This file size limitation should be increased.

In my testing I was able to add a mailing list as an attendee, Please contact our support team for assistance adding a mailing list as an attendee.     Rather, demonstrate a right-click or menu button option that will display only the list of email accounts within the message to toggle the choice to BlackList any and all accounts within that one message in one sweep.

    We follow a policy to never preview E-mail, and coupled with viewing Email's full contact information, we prevent many of the issues that threaten payload type threats. (too bad I can't add a screen capture of what I mean right here.)

    It would be nice to be allowed to put the signature where we want; below our reply, after the quote...

    I would like to add a notation to an email, or be able to change its subject line without sending it again.

    Here is how I would use that: I am running a technical support email inbox and voicemail. I keep email folders for individual customers so I can have all of our communications in one place.

    When voicemail comes in, the recorded message is sent via email to the inbox. When it gets to the inbox, it has a subject line generated by the voicemail service. So by looking at it, I can't associate with a particular customer: I have to listen to the message. I would like to be able to edit the subject line to indicate who the caller is and what it is about OR to add some sort of meta-data to the message that I can then use in deciding which folder to store the email in.

    That is my problem: I would be open to any new (or existing) facility that would aid me in organizing these email messages.
