1000 characters limit for the cover page
At pag. 159 RelayFax manual says:
When you send a fax through an email message and not
through the printer driver, the text of your mail will be placed
in the comments section of the cover page if the cover page
exists and the length of the text of your message is less than
1000 characters. However, page breaks within the body of
the email message will be honored and cause RelayFax to

Thank you for submitting your idea to increase the character limit on the comments section of the cover page. It will be considered for future versions of RelayFax. In the mean time, if you are running RelayFax 6.0.2 or newer you can increase the limit to 3000 characters by editing the RelayFax.ini file and adding the following:
[Special]
CommentCutoff=3000Once you have made the change save the file and restart RelayFax.
I will also request that the help file is corrected.

Message sort functionality
Message sorting is very weak in the regular (lookout) theme.
-While being positioned on a message if you click on a column, say sender, to sort on that basis, you should be kept on the message you were on so you can look for related messages, just like in outlook. Now it kicks you up to the beginning of the outcome of the sorted list! If you have a long list on multiple pages it is a real pain to relocate the message you were on.

For public's folder, is there anyway to have only html links for files..

For public folder's Is there anyway, for next version of Mdaemon/oc to have a specific behaviour and "an option" for public folder's, (which contains mails) to have only link to attachments, they contained
I'd like to publish some informatiion into public folders, but if i synchronise them into wan with OC, bandwith will not be enough, and all public data will be replicated to the pc's wan users.
Publics folders can actually be used in LAN with OC, or Wan with OC with TSE and Citrix, but... not Wan with OC... or just also for few data like contacts…

Thank you for sharing another great idea with us. Just so that everyone is aware the current documents folders in MDaemon cannot be viewed from OutlookConnector. Your request to support links to documents will be considered for future versions of MDaemon.

Allow OutlookConnector users to set sharing permissions on a parent folder and all sub folders
If users change the settings of their inbox so other users can see that folder it would be good to have the ability for Users to set the same permissions on subfolders. MDaemon has a "Set Sub" button that allows administrators to do this, it would be nice to have similar functionality in OutlookConnector.

Lookout calendar, just have the actual calendar, not have two calendar's

Lookout Modify contacts left top pane

In the looktout, it could be better to have on the lef top pane, the several contacts lists available. (wich are often into public folder's contact list...
We have public's contacts list, personnal's contact list, and others contact public list (like customers, or others...)
Actually, in left top pane there is not contact file which appears but the tree of folder's (mailbox appears)
it could be great to have in this pane, all the contacts lists available,

Size restriction on ingoing/outgoing basis
Currently there is a setting for restricting large message sizes, with an option for skipping this check for authenticated sessions.
Can this be improved on to allow different configurable values for local domains, and everyone else. Effectively a different limit for authenticated sessions, rather than the existing bypass.
It would be advantageous to limit the size of emails sent out, but not prevent larger ones from being received.

In case you are not aware similar functionality can be accomplished using the content filter, however, the server will need to accept the mail for processing. Then if the message was over the limit set the rule would need to delete the email and send a message back to the sender notifying them of the problem.

Sending emails to ComAgent contacts using (Right-Click -> Send Email)
Sending emails to ComAgent clients would be easier if necessary "right-click" menu was developed, which then it opened web-browser with "To" field filled.

Support Time to 24/7
Your clients who are outside The U.S are unable to get immediate support when required due to time difference so please try to change your support service (timing) to 24/7.

I'm using realyFax from 2005, I think a client from mobile to send from is a good idea.
I want to be able to send fax from my samsung device which run andriod OS, a client for mobile device to connect to my server at teh office which run RealyFax Server.

Thank you for submitting your idea, you can currently send a fax using RelayFax from a mobile device by composing an email to the RelayFax email address and adding “FAXNUMBER:5555551212” to the body of the message. Where 5555551212 is the number you want to send the fax to. There are a number of other macros that can be used in the body of the email to control different fax settings. For a complete list please see the Email Macros section of the help file.
We will consider adding this feature for future versions of RelayFax.

ability to send file with drag & drop via comagent
It would be very nice if I could just Drag & Drop file/Files to Comagent window. And nice too if reciewer could automaticly allow files via comaget to download folder. It would Just save time.

Configure if let domain administrators at WebAdmin change the established domain purging policy
Our policy is not to permit messages older than 60 days. But we have some special domains that have other configurations (different days or even no time restriction). Domain administrators have access to alter the pruning settings which makes enforcement difficult.
If we could restrict access to the quota settings in WebAdmin so that domain administrators couldn't edit them it would make enforcement much easier.

MultiIMAP Option
I would like to see a MultiIMAP option much like MultiPOP. Some of the small business phone systems now only support IMAP for voicemail retrieval. Instead of pulling this into an IMAP client like Outlook, it would be nice to pull it into Mdaemon so that it could also be accessed in ActiveSync and WorldClient clients.

all setups of oc and comagent clients should be possible in wcpro
wcpro should offer not only an exe download for oc and comagent but also the msi file.
in the standard mdaemon manager there is no downloadlink for that files anymore and files.altn.com is not really up2date...
or an alternative would be a download link in the mdaemon manager directly in the setup windows of that services or maybe help menue...2 votesHello,
The MSI files were put in the wrong place on files.altn.com, this has been fixed. You can also download the files from http://www.altn.com/Downloads/ExistingCustomers/Outlook-Connector-MSI-Client/.

Allow changes to the default Documents directory
In MDaemon 13, allow configuration of the "Documents" directory location and do not require directory names to end in .IMAP. Allow folders to be created and then under that folder a "Documents" and "EMail" folder. It would also be nice to integrate "Documents" into ActiveSync and/or Outlook Connector.

Centrally managed RSS feed
Last Outlook versions have RSS feed support.
An enterprise RSS feed managed would be an interesting feature for MDaemon. An administrator can manage RSS feed for all users or groups, letting them to add personal ones and eventually block deletion of inherit ones.

WorldClient password field doesn't like trailing space and cr from copy/paste
Copy/paste into password field adds a trailing space and sometimes carriage return depending on where you copy from. Login script should detect these trailing characters and allow the login if it is correct otherwise.

I am slightly concerned that removing one potential characters from the end of a password will make it easier for an account to be abused. I can’t see somebody that is trying to guess a password adding a CRLF to it. Thank you for sharing your idea with us.
